Hi. I would like help with the problems I am having with Jumpman gaming. I have a few accounts with different sites owned by Jumpan gaming. I have playing for well over a year. All of a sudden my accounts have become unaccessible to play. I have withdrawals in pending. I have never had a problem withdrawing before and it has always been in 72 hours as it states on their website. I have now been waiting for 5 days for my withdrawal to be processed with Pretty wins. I do not understand why my account is not allowing me to play and my withdrawal has not been processed. I have contacted them several times and they are ignoring me. Do you think it is because I gave a few accounts with Jumpman gaming? I obviously only have one account per site. The withdrawal is only for £200 and I as a tiny amount compared to what I have deposited in the past. Any help or advice would be gratefully received. Thankyou.
