  1. Ah thank you for getting that information for me, I appreciate it! My bank has got the money back that I deposited (£600!), and I’ve learnt a lesson to do my research!
  2. Yeah it’s mysloty.com. I didn’t know there were casinos like this one - I thought if they had reputable games like the netent ones then it was safe? I’m relatively new to the casinos so forgive for not knowing. This is all I got from their live help - I couldn’t quite believe it!
  3. Hi guys, I joined a new casino called mrsloty.com and I’ve made quite a few deposits and which has made me a VIP - but no withdrawals because I haven’t won. I understand it’s about luck so no complaints about that BUT then I did have an opportunity to win when I was playing The Dark Knight and I won the free spins feature at £4 a spin. As the free spins were loading the game crashed and reloaded and a pop up appeared saying the game had been interrupted and gameplay will resume. It didn’t. It went back to the normal gameplay. I immediately reported it to them on their Live Chat and they said that they’re going to “compensate” me. They credited £10 to my account but with a x50 wagering requirement. I have a VIP account manager and he said he doesn’t find anything in the gameplay logs so he’s reported it to ‘tech’. Three weeks after this happened I tried the game again today at £2 a spin I won the free spins (this is the second time), and the exact same thing happened but this time I took screenshots. I reported it to them via their Live Chat and they said... ”it’s all to do with luck. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose”. They refused to compensate me but they’ve reported it to ‘tech’. Is there anything I can do?
  4. Yeah, it's ridiculous! I work in email marketing (once in a gaming role actually), and I remember even just having the offer dates or time zone incorrect would be bad practise. You could lose your job, as you'd have customers complaining. I guess they have no strategy or good leadership so they're just pinging out email campaigns. It'll backfire on them eventually - I guarantee that, but it's annoying as a customer. I went from depositing £400-500 in that one day and I could have switched over from another casino, so they've lost a new customer who deposits a lot. It won't matter to them obviously but it should!
  5. Hi all, Is any one else receiving multiple emails from West Casino claiming you're eligible for an offer, or that you've received an offer, only to discover that you haven't? An example would be that I received an email this morning saying that because I had accumulated £150 in deposits this week I have 100 free spins in Starburst. I didn't. When I asked about it on Live Chat, I was told that I wasn't eligible because I'd only made 2 x £50 deposits and it requires 3 x £50 deposits. I'd made several more deposits but they were £30, £40... a lot of them but that doesn't count, apparently. I stated this and I was told that I should refer to the terms and conditions (the terms and conditions of the email states the same as the copy in the email...). They keep sending me repeated false offers and it's really bad practice in my opinion. When I told them I wasn't happy, they blocked my account.
