Hi Val Des, I am curious as to why Uptown casino is blacklisted because it's unregistered casino however they still payout promptly unlike Planet 7 who only payout when they feel like it or so it feels and are they registered?? They will not answer the question when asked, If so where do you find that information on their website ? You did respond to a previous question I put out in regards to True Blue casino who also happens to be a sister site of Planet 7 but they actually do pay am left rather confused, I know that online casinos have been banned here in Australia in saying that it's not illegal for us to play on a site but it is illegal for them to target Australian players, what the! Also is it possible to get help to get my winnings it's now over a month and Planet 7 still have not approved my withdrawal far from what is stated in the terms and conditions. Please help me if able.

Yes I have received two withdrawals so far and have had another two approved am now waiting for the payment which should be sent soon, fingers crossed.

Hi Monica it's best not to claim comp points in exchange for funds to pay with when you have a pending withdrawal that's just another way to loose your winnings and am sure it's in the T&C's the best thing to do if you are not sure is to review the T&C's also ask via chat and keep all your chats so you can refer to them. I have found the only bonus which has been safe to play with while having pending withdrawals is the daily 14 free spins for 7 days , I'm wary of all bonuses and always check before I use any of them. Thank you for your response I have been trying to find an honest casino which is proving to be challenging as I am in Australia. I currently have a couple of withdrawals with them so I'll see how the whole process goes.

Glad to hear that you have a positive response from them, let's see if all is well at the end of the week. I hope you don't have any more issues with it ( don't hold your breath ) Good luck ? I've recently had a similar issue however once I sent through the requested information I eventually got my winnings. The time it took was questionable end of April and got paid in early July far from what they advertise. Am sure they are wanting us players to spend our winnings just so they don't have to pay out. Good luck and am interested in your outcome.

The only information I can give is how I play and the outcome of it over the past year. However in saying this I have had great ? Luck with low bets usually $1.00 to $3.00 per spin & very occasionally I have played my personal Max bet of $6.25 a spin ( rarely) & only when my balance was over $1,000. I have on a $1 spin come out with $1,250 & this has happened on several occasions not on the same site, I play across about 5 sites that I have verified accounts with. Not sure but did you check if there was a Max bet limit or if you deposited with a bonus code this can impact play. My best advice is to thoroughly read the terms and conditions and fully understand what they mean for each and every casino you choose to play with . I play at Fair go and have had a few nice little pay out's, payment for withdrawals do take perhaps longer than you'd like but there has never been any issues with getting your payout. There layout is easy to follow and a pretty good game selection. If you claim a bonus you need to follow the terms and conditions associated with said bonus as you should with any online casino.
