And support cannot nothing to make it faster and that I will receive an email since then nothing. Is 18 of November and I have received nothing since the 13th of October. They owned me GBP800 and according to them some compensation but nothing , the phone number does not work . Chat is not working . They do not reply my emails.

Now customer support keep saying that I will receive my money but is being 1 month and 1 week since I withdrew . They hat stop replying my emails since the 8 of November.
