Hi all I am just after some clarification and advise if anyone knows the answer. I currently have a complaint against a casino which I have passed to eCongra. The casino in question emailed me today to tell me what eCongra have advised them to do. I have had no correspondence from eCongra to myself on this matter and I am wondering if it is usually left up to the casino to correspond to me regarding it all or if eCongra should be telling me directly. I don’t trust this casino at all and think it’s weird that eCongra would correspond through them to me since my complaint is about them! I just wanted to know the usual process here. any help would be appreciated
