Yes I understand. Legally, the casino is right. But technically it's very easy to limit a player bet, and some casinos do it. If I was owner of an online casino, I'd like to avoid at any cost this situation, so it's hard to understand why they don't.

Thank you very much, I am absolutely sure that I did nothing wrong. As I explained before, I know some tricks and some "mouse traps" they put on the terms and conditions and I try to be super careful to not break any rule. As I mentioned on my complaint, they encouraged me to use VPN and I didn't want, because I play with large stakes and I know that if eventually I hit something like this, they will try to find anything to catch me and avoid paying. It's not the first time that I win a large prize. In the past I got some huge wins. I assume they're not so huge as this one, but it's not uncommon. And I always got paid, sooner or later. To be really honest, I don't even know how could a player possibly change the outcome of an online slot, especially when we are talking about these huge providers licensed in big markets. But they surely have better ways to verify my playing than myself and as you said, I will wait patiently. What makes me "scared" is the attitude from the casino, lying deliberately as if they never proposed me the deal to accept 100K. If they can do this, how else they can do?

DirexNV is SoftSwiss license. All casinos with SoftSwiss license share the same platform and same security department. My winnings have been "investigated" long time ago, exactly as I describe on my complaint. While "investigating" they never blocked the access to the account. (obviously hoping that in the meantime I would lose all). This time is something different, it's not this common investigation that you mentioned. I simply got to a point where they perceived the financial risk of keeping my account open. (risk that they accepted when increased the stakes more and more). There's something called risk management to prevent these situations. Usually greedy people never heard about it. Well, there's still some faith that we are dealing with honest people and I they will pay normally. Let's see

It's not the case here. I have no access to my account, it's blocked even if am verified and I did absolutely nothing wrong. it's not a simple investigation, it's something much more shady.

It's a shame that casinos insert this mouse trap on their T&C when they can simply define the maximum stake a player can wager on the account itself. This is nothing but one more strategy to avoid paying legitimate winnings.

Yeah, that's for sure. But sometimes the truth is not enough to make justice. I've been robbed already once by an online casino, 50K .... but this case is a new whole level. I'm not calling the same thing yet.. let's see what happens. Thanks again!

Thank you all for your answers. I have a very big issue with a casino involving almost 1 million, this casino blames PlayNGo for the issue (well, they even try to blame me, like I can change the payouts) - sad but true. I've been trying to contact PlayNGo directly, but I guess it will not be easy, unless I have some "inside info" from someone who knows someone else (you know what I mean). I hope it's ok to say this here, once it's a public complaint on AskGamblers: Unfortunately, I can't post links cause I am a new user, but go to BobCasino - move down to complaints, and search for the most recent, and you will understand. (by the way, if someone can post the link here, it would be easier for people to go there). If it's not ok, then I ask admins to inform. Thank you all
