Firstly I'll explain what happened.i googled good online casinos and one site directed me to an online casino with good reviews.i joined wagered and after some play withdrew some money.i deposited more and after a while lost more than I wanted so I requested a deposit limit of 10pounds per week.i was told it had been implemented.i the a week or so later played again and was allowed to deposit and wager more than I had asked my limit be set to.i then contacted the casino to complain and the staff were rude and when I asked about the complaints procedure was told they didnt have one and I asked about there UK license I was ignored.so my question is as the were illegally taking deposits from UK players with no license would I be with in my rights to start a debit card dispute over the deposits?
