  1. Thanks and already had the complaint submitted, however I wish to cancel it since my issue has been resolved.
  2. No bonus or whatsoever been taken, all raw cash and was playing live roulette and some slots so all good here. No reasons at all, but finally they said it was technical problem and asked me to deposit via Ecopayz and request the withdrawal to it. So I made it and was bombarding them with emails to speed up the process and got it all out in my Ecopayz after 48 hours of consistent emails and live chat. I had asked the chat to close my account permanently and to apply self-exclusion across N1 Platform as well. I learnt the lesson and had closed my account as a winner this time
  3. Hi there, I wonder if any one has experienced this type of issue with this casino? I made a cashout since 1st of Jan and it keeps getting rejected even after my account got fully verified. I appreciate If anyone can help,
