  1. It was customer support agents from the live chat support from a few of the online casinos. When asked about withdraw of winning taking so long I got the response it's another third party and we have nothing to do with that department
  2. After doing research of different online casinos i have found that theres a verification department and a payment department and then the casino department. After a few conversations with live support each department is a completely different company in all,a third-party. This is possible the main reason why payment of winnings have such a long time to be paid out...if the departments where the same company wouldn't it be correct to say there would be better communication then what there is, and not the issues which are currently happening..
  3. Was told that processing of documents and verification is done by a different company as well as payment of winning and not the casino is that true. Also is it possible to get the name of the other companies to speed the process up quickly and communicate directly?
