Despite hundreds of times reaching out to customer support and waiting for dozens of hours and sharing bank account statement and valid payment receipts bc game casino has not credited my two deposit of 12000inr and 2599 inr

When I complained in bcgame chat about not credit of my deposit they permanently mute me in chat. I want bcgame to credit my deposit of 12000 inr made on 27th April 2024 and 2599 inr deposit made on 28th April 2024 to my wallet as I have made the payment and amount is debited from my bank.
Also have shared statement with bc game.

BC game has not shown any interest in responding or asking for proof of payment and reply with block statement of money not recieved.

Hi,

The merchant has requested that we need statement from the date of transaction till today and also a video proof Please follow the guidelines for video proof, as mentioned below. You can send this video to here in the thread or you can send it to [email protected]

Steps to follow for video proof:

1. Prepare two devices: use one for executing the appeal process and the other to record the entire procedure. If using a computer, ensure the website URL is visible at all times.

2. Navigate to Google Play or the App Store on the first device.

3. Locate and launch your bank or payment service app by searching for it in the store.

4. Log into your banking app, making sure to conceal your password during the process.

5. Access and display your profile or account details, including the account name and number.

6. Proceed to the transaction history section and present the most recent transactions, covering both incoming and outgoing payments that correspond with the time of the purchase. These should be in the same currency and from the account used for the transaction.

7. To highlight a particular payment, select it from the transaction list to show its details.

8. Provide comprehensive information about the selected transaction, including the total amount with currency, sender/receiver's name, their account number, transaction date and time, and the current status.

Pls credit my 2599inr and 12000 inr deposit both statement and video proof are attached. As video is over 150mb it is uploaded in unlisted view with link only to YouTube as Gmail does not allow me to send this much size video.
Pls help me soon. Also for complaining in chat my chat feature disabled pls unblock it I don't have other issues with bc game and like the casino.

Both payments done but order id still in processing now both statement and video proof sent yesterday kindly credit the amount soon.

Another customer support issue that is serious is whenever I go to speak with live customer agent and share my issue I am waiting for hours and when agent joins like after an hour he does not read past information.

Kindly do my deposits at the earliest.

Once again I reach out to support and ask them to credit my valid deposits and they get back saying they cannot even open a ticket for me, I was losing for a long time here and there were no problems and now when I win just a slightest and am up I think five percent of my total losses I start facing problems. I regret not checking askgamblers to find the top rated ones, at bcgame now it seems they are doing me a favor if they allow me to play there. Now I don't even feel welcome to play there and it is clear they don't want any of my business.

Apart from this I participated in hacksaw divine drop promotion where they advertised ten free spins on wagering 20 euro and despite losing over forty euro I was given no free spins and when I reach out to support a flat no you are not eligible and no why. I guess these promotions are just a tactics to allow people to lose money to rigged spins with no hope of wins.

We have connected with the bank and merchant, but it seems like these two payments weren't credited to our account. Can you reach out to your bank and ask them to provide a letter signed and stamped on their letterhead stating that these two transactions were sent from your bank account number to the merchant account, mentioning the transaction details?

I reached out to the bank manager and he mentions that statement itself is proof of the transaction and they are never one way fail and other way success. The payment was done by paytm app using UPI and hence proof is being attached of it.

Bank manager also mentioned that if merchant refuses then I need to get his statement so kindly provide the same only then I can file fir with police. So pls kindly arrange for the merchants statement for 27th April and 28th April for both the accounts one day before till a week later.

I have already shared statement for the entire month now also sharing picture proof of upi app from which payment done.

Already shared video proof of every single transaction in the banking app, also sharing the official pdf bank statement and now upi app payment confirmation.

Pls share me the statement of the account in which I have made payment here. Bank said that they cannot provide and do not provide letter for individual transactions and the other party must share their own statement first if it is disputed.

But this order 1797469441032128250 is still not be found. Can you request paytm to check again or if they can provide us the letter.

Hello panda,
Indian banking system doesn't work like you mention about giving individual letters for transaction confirmation. Also paytm has 350 million plus accounts and it is automated app and they don't give letters for individual transactions.

UTR and bank statement are used to prove transactions and I have already shared receipts and even video proof, but if you are adamant I am also sharing proof and pictures from paytm app if this transaction.

In case of dispute the other party must send statement from the date of transaction till atleast 1 week forward and then customer gives details that bank and bank forwards to government agency so pls provide me statement of this merchant in case he disputes the transaction.Without providing me the statement of this merchant account bank cannot do anything.
