I am writing to express my concern regarding a deposit I made to my 1win account that has not reflected for over 48 hours.
On 2 October, I deposited kes 1800 to my 1win account Id 91417571. Despite waiting patiently, the funds have yet to appear in my account.
I have already reached out to your support team multiple times, but unfortunately, i have not received timely or helpful responses.
This delay is frustrating, and I am now reaching out again in the hope that this issue can be resolved promptly.
