Dear all,

on 11.09.2018 i won a big amount and wanted to cash out. I had to verify and got an e-mail. I had to upload all the documents. After 8 days I got another email that the documents are faulty and I had to upload my documents again. since then I do not get any more email as the verification has gone. I've been waiting for my money for 2 weeks now.
