I made a deposit of 1350INR on 4th March 2025. The deposit transaction was successful from my bank side and also have a double confirmed with my bank. My bank confirmed the deposit amount credited to the beneficiary account. But still my deposit is not reflecting in Stake account. There is no option to check with stake people via online support as they made it disable chat.

The payment provider has investigated Transaction ID2503378678; their systems indicate that the transaction has not been received. This suggests that the transaction may not have been fully processed by your bank.

I have Spoken with the bank and the bank said that the transaction have been completed and successful. Upon further inquiring the bank told they can’t help me with successful transaction. As the only proof that the transaction was successful. I am attaching picture SBI bank website’s complaint section, where it is mentioned that they can’t help me with successful transaction and even the PhonePe UPI payment page showing successful transaction to same account.
