Playojo are unresponsive after 5 days about verifying my documents, so I can withdraw my money. After reading many other users reviews on the same matter, it seems this is a very common thing. Ignoring their customers and not allowing them to withdraw their own money. It's impossible to speak to anyone about it as they don't respond to emails and their chat/FB messenger service is useless automated bots. I've never known a service like this, I'd advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs, it caused me great stress and anxiety. I'm now pretty sure I'll never get to see my money and this seems to be the case with many many people.
