I had deposited 36k swedish krones in playojo so far since March 11th and submitted all verification documents they asked like Passport, ID proof, bank statements, Tax documents, Bank deposit proof. I got these documents verified and even then am not allowed to raise a withdrawal request as it still says I need to upload verification document and there is no update from playojo team like what document I need to provide so they can allow me to submit my withdrawal request. Even after continuous follow up wherein they always say verification process is in progress and I will be intimated once it's done. Not sure how long will they take like 1 week... 1 month... 1 year to complete verification process.
I submitted all my documents and even then they are not letting me withdraw my amount. Please help to resolve this case.
