On the 18/03//2023 I deposited on PlayOJO and managed to win some money. I selected to withdraw £500 and we are now on the 27th and I have still not received it. All my validation documents are up to date and approved so there is no reason for the delay.
I have emailed PlayOJO and had no response, I have tried to use the live chat feature with no response. I have also message their twitter with no response.
I also have another £800 in the PlayOJO account that I am unable to withdraw as it says I have the maximum pending withdrawals. I want my money out of the site and it seems like they are blocking it.
When I click on pending withdrawals it says error and doesn't show me.
