Opened an account with Leo Vegas not realising that I already had an account that had been not used for some time.
Deposited £30 and ended up winning £248 and withdrew. Left 2 working days and had no contact from them so went onto live chat and was told that I already had a previous account, and they would decide which account to keep open. I asked what this meant about my withdrawal, I was told it would be fine.
Apparently not! I had an email saying I had broke their terms and conditions (Which I understand) and for that they are taking away all of my withdrawal including my original deposit and not returning it, and closed the account I won on.
I have emailed countless times and just receive the same email saying the payment team decision is final.
All I was asking for is the withdrawal to be credited to the account that they've left open so I can still play! Not for them to steal the whole amount of money including orginial deposit!

Unresolved, keep repeating the t&c that they have sent me numerous times already. I just want my £30 orginal deposit back.
If I had known I already had an account I would have deposited on the orginal account. Rather than deposit and lose £30!!

If You open or attempt to open more than one account, for whatever reason, LeoVegas may block or close any or all of Your accounts at its discretion. LeoVegas also reserves the right to withhold any deposits or winnings upon the discovery of duplicate or multiple accounts at its sole discretion. Should LeoVegas decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account that You opened with LeoVegas, to which Your remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred. LeoVegas will deduct an administrative fee of 10% (minimum €30) for every account You have opened as well as any other deductions that may apply in accordance with these T&C.
We consider this complain resolved and closed. In case of a disagreement with the decision made by the AskGamblers Complaints Team, we encourage player to seek further assistance on this matter from the relevant licensing authority responsible for LeoVegas casino.
