I recently opened an account with inmerion and made a deposit of $80. A few days later, I decided to make my first bet, and placed it on a sports event with a 3+ coefficient. I like to take risks, and that's why I take high odds. I was lucky - the bet was played, and there were 280 dollars in my account. I tried to request the first payment and waited. After a while, I asked in the chat what was with my payment, to which they replied that I would receive it in the near future. The next day, I contacted the chat again, and while I was waiting for the operator's response, I saw my balance reset to zero!!! They couldn't explain anything to me in the chat, and they said they would send a reply by mail. A day later, I received an email saying that my account was closed for the following reason: "Gaming activity at matches was detected in your account, which was identified as extremely suspicious by the provider.

The account was automatically blocked by the system and cannot be restored."

And here the most interesting thing begins... I only made ONE!!! a bet, and they wrote to me about gaming activity! This is the first lie from the casino. I made a bet that one of the teams would win big. I heard that there are missed matches for the total number of goals, but I bet on a head start with the result. That is, my bet could lose, win, or go back.

I think that the casino behaved incorrectly here, and I ask you to help me return my winnings.

PS: players from my country are allowed to register on the site, I have one casino account and I did not go through the verification procedure, since this site does not need it. There are screenshots of the correspondence with the chat.

The account in question was closed due to violation of our policies of sport betting.

The anti-fraud system monitors all activities on our platform to ensure the integrity and security of our services.
In this instance, the system detected fraudulent activity associated with the account in question.
Such activities not only compromise the trust and safety of our community but also undermine the reliability of our platform as a whole.

According to the paragraph 10.7 of our terms and conditions, Inmerion reserves the right to cancel or amend a bet/wager (including winning bets), limit or block an account under the provider's recommendations or based on the risk and anti-fraud markers if the bet is placed in breach of the terms or if required to do so for AML, risk and anti-fraud, legal, or regulatory reasons.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by this situation.
However, our actions were in strict accordance with the established rules and policies.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

I'm sorry, but how can such an answer be commented on at all? Why are you reminding Askgamblers that I bet on sports? Do you see any indulgences for yourself in this? No! After all, I myself wrote in Askgamblers that I was betting on sports.
Let me remind you once again that I made only one bet, not several, as you wrote to me. This was and is the main deception on your part. I would like to know how your system identified "fraudulent actions" for a single bet?
And the fact that I bet on a major victory for one of the teams... This is the height of cynicism and idiocy on your part!!! Did I probably know the result of the game after all? Well, why did I bet only $80? Not 10,000 dollars? I'll answer it. Because usually a rogue casino cannot sometimes pay even $ 300 ...
Well, if it's not difficult for you, please give a link to the fact that the match had an unsportsmanlike course of play, and in connection with this, proceedings are underway.
