I made a deposit on 16th of December, money was deducted from my bank account and also the status of the payment showed success. After that I contacted bc customer service they only created few tickets which got failed after sometime and now are denying that we didn't receive your payment.Sir since it has been more than 20 days , refund is done within 7 days.
