3. Locate and launch your bank or payment service app by searching for it in the store.
4. Log into your banking app and conceal your password during the process.
5. Access and display your profile or account details, including the account name and number.
6. Proceed to the transaction history section and present the most recent transactions, covering both incoming and outgoing payments that correspond with the time of the purchase. These should be in the same currency and from the account used for the transaction.
7. To highlight a particular payment, select it from the transaction list to show its details.
8. Provide comprehensive information about the selected transaction, including the total amount in currency, sender/receiver's name, account number, transaction date and time, and current status.

The video provided by the user does not directly show a successful payment to the specified order page, so the merchant cannot verify it. The user need to provide the correct proof where this transaction is visible so we can assist them.

The video has been rejected because it doesn't follow the steps mentioned in our request. Please don't go to download the statement option above that button there is option of "SHOW MORE" click that and show the transaction within the banking app. You will have to click the SHOW MORE option a few times, and you will be able to see the transactions there.

My banking shows only 5 days of data under show more, that is why I have downloaded the bank statement and show all the transaction, it was done live , and the same procedure was followed previously, where my withdrawal concern was sorted.
Why there is a change in steps now.
I am again telling you, the more option only shows 5 days of data and not for the entire month.
You can click on "show more, " which will give you 4-5 times the option to show more. If the transaction still doesn't show, click on the above, go to Last month, April, and it will show you the transactions.
