This was deposited with successful transfer from gpay, it was not credited seeking help from support was useless and spoke to bank they said it was successful transfer as per bank statement,

So I was told from your end to wait till month end to get refund, but I never received any refund nor bc games account credited.

I am sending all relevant video and documents plz check and get my money credited.

Hi,

Please provide order number, bank statement from the date of transaction till today and also a video proof Please follow the guidelines for video proof, as mentioned below. You can send this video to [email protected] Please also mention the link to this complaint for verification.

Steps to follow for video proof:

1. Prepare two devices: use one for executing the appeal process and the other to record the entire procedure. If using a computer, ensure the website URL is visible at all times.

2. Navigate to Google Play or the App Store on the first device.

3. Locate and launch your bank or payment service app by searching for it in the store.

4. Log into your banking app, making sure to conceal your password during the process.

5. Access and display your profile or account details, including the account name and number.

6. Proceed to the transaction history section and present the most recent transactions, covering both incoming and outgoing payments that correspond with the time of the purchase. These should be in the same currency and from the account used for the transaction.

7. To highlight a particular payment, select it from the transaction list to show its details.

8. Provide comprehensive information about the selected transaction, including the total amount with currency, sender/receiver's name, their account number, transaction date and time, and the current status.

How is it possible that day I made 2 transfer to same merchant one was 1200 inr which went through and other 3000 inr which got stuck

I am saying again I have done 2 transaction to same merchant of bc games one got through I have sent order I'd as well to verify, but second transfer was shown pending in bc games transaction details how is it possible I will pay to other site you guys are giving bogus rebuttals to customers I seen many transfer at that point of time got stuck, I just want guys to accept the fault from your end it's not only my Issue many customers who also chat with me in bc games faced this issue.
First you guys said merchant did not received, 2nd you said gone to different merchant, 3rd you saying its different site I payed what ever you say is wrong.

Hello,

Same merchants are available on multiple websites actually its a 3rd party service which can be used by any website. Can you provide us with the screenshot showing you made this via BC.GAME?

You can show us the transaction page where it asks you to use a specific amount and reference for the transaction that will help us to check further. But as its very old transaction it might take longer for us to check as our policies says we can only help within the 30 days of the transaction as we are unable to fetch the data of older transaction due to banks policies.

As mentioned in our last reply this payment was not made to BC.GAME the similar merchants are available on multiple platforms. User can request the refund from bank directly or share a screenshot of the transaction confirmation page where it shows the specific code of transaction and payment details asked to user while make the payment.

I have sent a screenshot of transaction with bc games site with utr number on it ,order Id on it, it's a suggestion as order id is revealed in a screen while doing payment plz add merchant details on transaction page so that you could see to whom customer are paying, after providing all the information like was it bc games portal,transaction utr number amount etc I ask for send someone from bc to me I will take them in my bank and then show them transparently, as been told I provided everything as you asked for ,I need one thing from you send me bank statement of you hacker merchant chetan which will prove or make some rules for merchant that they wont escape or deny the payment not for me but future customers payment safety, it's just waste of time only customer are made to work even after payment and money is lost,wow experience
Send me merchant chetan bank statement I guess you guys are not authorised right that's why just asking customers for bogus video of transaction, statement, bank letterhead with bank manager seal on it ,
In the end says thanks merchant we can't take no action against them, cool
I say close the matter merchant will pay its price when GOD will use his hunter on it
Bc games are not faulty, coz its been 4 year I am with them they are trying to help it's the merchant who are looting
