Good Morning,
After playing on 888casino for a few weeks, and loving it, and enjoying the hosts, I deposited money today and went to Monopoly Live.
After a $37 bet on a spin, a peg fell off of the wheel, and the host announced it would be a refund multiple times. The game than determined it would be a "1"x payout, and I lost all my bets. I contacted the live support, and they told me it will be a refund within 24hours. Since that was my last bet, and I lost, I deposited another $75. As soon as the deposit went through, I got an email from 888 saying my account was permanently closed to prevent me from playing with them in the future. The email also says they can with hold any monies on my account (And i JUST put on $75 before this email), as well as waiting for a refund from the game.
I was respectable in the chats, and even gave the support a good rating.
This makes no sense to me, and now they have kept my last deposit and I have no way to get it back.

Thank you for getting back to me. Can you please let me know what comment was made that seemed it necessary to permanently close my account?
I have been an avid player, and have truly enjoyed the hosts and environment.
As for the game failure, the wheel broke before the spin was over, and the money should have been refunded, or the wheel repaired with a respin. The host announced multiple times about a refund.
I'm not worried about the $37, I'm more concerned about how 888 treats its adult players that have spent a lot of money on their site, as adults, only to be banned permanently with no warning. This makes no sense, as I didnt threaten or harass any hosts ect. I even talked to live support and let others know what they told me.

First, Thank you to 888casino for understanding, and for Askgamblers for giving me this platform to reply to.

My account has been reactivated, my deposit money was still there, as well as my refund due to a failed game.
Everything is back to normal for now!
