Made 2 withdrawal on the 1st of sept 2021 first one of £2050 second one of £50 was then asked to verify my details again then was told my account is being investigated.

Then received a call to say they was no-longer investigating and my funds would be released but my account would be closed down but i would receive the funds in 72 hours.

Now they dont even respond to my emails

Hi,
I have verified this account numerous times, i dont understand what other verification i need to send. Please can you send me the toll free contact number as i can not find this anywhere.

I can appreciate that you very, but this is not resolving my issue which has been going in for a very long time. 888 casino is a big name but your customer service is not up to standard. I am waiting for days for a reply back to my query. My money is not being released after so many weeks of waiting, and poor response back to my emails. And your on about a toll free number which can not be found anywhere.

I hope you can resolve my issue as soon as possible as I have been waiting for a long time.

So the reply i recieved was they still have not received a update. from tomorrow it will be a month since this all started this is beyond a joke

Is it too much to ask to know when i would get my money as the responses i receive are not help-full at all.
The response so far has been “someone from the transaction team will be in contact” but the only response ive recieved from the transaction department is they do not have a update.
Surely it cannot be that difficult to track a payment and where it has gone!!!

Our Transactions Department will now need to follow that transaction and once they will have further details they will contact you. That’s basically the same i was told on the 27th of September. That the payment has been sent from your and needs to be traced.
Can you just get the situation resolved as just seems to keep going round in circles being told the same thing just worded differently.
