Hello Dear, this casino always delay my payment but and I always abuse because the person yoan the only person who has a attitude problem and make problems with me always block my chat and dunt talk to me and when I ask for thing he always things late.this time casino stop my winning of 110 euros 55 each and 55 each.please dear solve my issue it has been 11 days.and I have not received my money I asked them for confirmation receipt and the 23 digit ARN (Acquirers Reference Number) they are not providing these things so I can track my money if they have made a withdrawal.they are delaying delaying and and not answer of my email and blocked my chat.

While it is true that you had two payouts of 55€ each on process when filing your complain, we would like to specify that these payouts, requested on the 11th and 12th, were already approved and transferred by our financial department since the 14th.

As our Support team has told you several times: bank transfers can take up to 3 working days for countries within the Euro zone, and up to 7 working days for other countries, which is your case. And this is independent of us, as we are talking here of banking times. You received your winnings yesterday 21st, which means that your payouts were processed within normal banking times.

As per our Support team, they have been answering to you daily and cordially. And while we do expect them to be helpful, polite and dedicated to our clients, we also have a clear rule to ban clients from our Live Chat if they repetitively use an inappropriate language toward our Support team. Which was your case. I am attaching here few screenshots attesting of that.
