Wunderino Casino - Unfairly declined €6,000 cashout

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I've been playing at wunderino.de for almost four months. After some successful payouts on Paypal, I decided on the last win to have the money transferred directly to my bank account. I opened this bankaccount a year ago with my mothers help, she is the owner of the main bank account. (Which was not taken for the payout) The account specified for the payout has my name in the contract and on the debit card as well. Wunderino wrote: "also note that your deposit and withdrawal function has been blocked for security reasons, as the payment method was used by a third party, until the completion of your verification."
Wunderino then wanted all sorts of documents from my mother and me. I have sent them immediately and now i wait for response, first contact was 16.06.2018!
On my Casino Account are 6000 € Please help me

Hi Daniel,

Hope everything is well with you.
Due to 3rd party payment method involvement, we had to request some extra documents to be able to complete your verification.
This is due to regulations and rules from the license controller.

I just heard back from our verification department that your account is now fully verified and the blocks removed from your account.
You're now able to withdraw back to your PayPal account.

I want to excuse the wait and inconvenience but as soon as you've requested the withdrawal we will process the payment.
