Dear ASKgambler-Team, I played for a while in the wunderino casino. There were already payments on my Paypal account of 300-400 €. Now, before Christmas, I had a profit of 1200 € which has increased over the holidays to 3300 €. Since the middle of December I try to make payments of 1200-3300 €, but wunderino wanted a verification. I have a copy of my credit card, account card, an insurance bill, my ID card and an excerpt of my account that I send to the owner via chat, e-mail and as an account upload. but always something new is requested, my payout back and my questions ignored. what should I do? can you kindly help me? I just heard back from our verification department that they still need a last document to complete your verification. They have just sent you an email.

Thanks for the answer but it is not normal that you have to wait so long. I had sent the requested document immediately. but had previously sent it over the chat to the support. but now it takes so long again and my payments are rejected.


again I should wait, but now I do not want to wait anymore. Unfortunately, you have a terrible support, which hardly cares about the players or answers. it will be answered quickly by the players, then the support must answer and not only 2-3 days later.

sorry but my patience is in the end. especially because something else is constantly required and no one answers
