Dear askgamblers support


I deposited 120 or 110 euro in total on Wunderino on 13.01.2019 and at the moment i have 1250 euro on the account available to withdraw, havent use any welcome bonus. I went on the verification account and it was written ur account is all set up no need of verification. I thought is automatic coz some sites use some online list and data to check ur identity. Than i read that the casino is not asking documents for verification up to 2300 euro only in some cases. I withdraw in the first time 1060 in monday this week and than i received email that the money are rolled back to my account and i need to contact support on the site to verify my account. I went on the site and upload the two documents i was asked for , identity and proof of address. The identity was verified and thicked right the way and the proof of address is still pending for 3 days and also have sent 2 times my documents on email and write them 2 more times because from all the comments i read online i got scared to not get my money especially coz i really need them now. In meanwhile i made from 1060 euro up to 1250 euro and tried to withdraw but they were rolled back again to the account and still proof of address is pending and no answer on email. I really need the money and i dont see reason why they dont verify my account when other sites are doing that in couple of hours. Hope to get this resolved. By the way I have printscreens from everything if necessary.

After I lost all the money last night 1480 at one point , my account was right the way verified . There was no reply from you until I had money all week but thats your porpose to keep people unverified until they loose their money, some will be patience but since u know gamblers cant keep much the money without playing you are torturing people without verifying their account in case they loose them. You know what u left me without a euro at this point and I so much needed the money. I dont know how are you allowed to operate at all. But I will promise you one thing. I will use all my free time to create negative publicity and tell the truth about your casino scam and I will show you the power of social medias. I promise you that u want get much new members. Now you can enjoy the money I shouldve have 5 days ago
