Hello everybody, I have some problems with the gaming platform Wunderino.


I opened my account a week ago and deposited several hundred euros. Without bonus or similar. Then I made a withdrawal, which was credited super fast on my Paypal account. I then deposited again to continue playing. Had lost almost everything, then I'm back on 500 €, doubled at the roulette and ultimately landed at 2000 €. Now, in the last three days, I have already tried several times. The money will be credited to my player account again and again. Suddenly a verification is necessary. Well, I immediately uploaded my ID and my registration certificate from my city. That is already 2-3 days ago. In customer support, I'm just put off. Until yesterday, I was able to see the verification process. My ID has been successfully verified. My registration certificate from my city, my place of residence, was edited on the status. This possibility of seeing the status of the Verfication or uploading documents is no longer mine, so I thought that my verification was over. Unfortunately, the € 2000 will continue to be posted back to my player account. I can imagine that Wunderino's hope that I will lose it again. It has been said that it lasts a maximum of 24 hours. I hope you can help us and do something.

Please note that until the verification of your player account is completed, your payout will not be proceed.

I have checked your case and I could see that our department started the verification at 21/11/2018. You have successfully verified your account on the 22/11/2018.

I could also see that you have applied for your withdrawal many times, but you have also rolled back the amounts to your player account.
