Monday the 8.10.2018 , I won a higher sum at Wunderino. After everything was fulfilled to make a payout, I wanted to transfer this amount. After 2 more days I received a mail that I should verify my account and sent all required documents for verification.
Of course I am very pleased that with such large sums of money to be sure the player is satisfied and money does not get to the wrong one.
However, I am still waiting for a reply from Wunderino regarding my email.
I sent another request to the financial and risk email address to which I sent the documents and asked for a brief status of verification.
Until now I have always been very happy with Wunderino and the customer support, but currently I am really dissatisfied and unhappy. Also, I get a little nervous when I get the amount I want to withdraw.
