Dear Ask Gamblers Complaint Team and Wunderino Casino,

Here I want to bring in an complaint.
Even if it’s only two days ago I sent in the first documents, I still think the verification process is taking way too long. I experienced much faster verification processes and I‘m a little confused why it’s taking so long. I even sent in my bank statement as a PDF Document after the verification department contacted me and told me to do this.

Please help me to get the verification process done faster. I know it’s a amount of work to check all the players data but it can’t take that long.

I played the Wunderino Casino Slots with my own money paid in. As long as the verification process is taking I can’t withdraw my 4183€, which I won fair without any bonuses.

Alright, Wunderino just sent me an E-Mail where they said: the account is now verified.
Now I‘m waiting for the money to arrive on my Paypal.

Please leave the complaint open as long the money didn’t arrive.
