I'm pretty sure that your a familiar with the verification hell considering wunderino.com.
I played over a long time there and all went good so far: small winnings without any withdraw problems, some loses - everything alright, till the first bigger win. So they asked for my verification on 22th of december and I uploaded everything the wanted on the website. Because of one fuzzy upload I decided one day after to send better photos of my requested files by e-mail, wheres everything clear to read. That was on 23th of december.
Since then all I get are prefabricated answers by mail. There helpdesk where I oppended a tickets is offline and unreachable. I just cant check there any status. I have an account value about 1100€ and would like to withdraw at least 1000€.
Could you please help me to find a solution?
P.S.: my email used at this casino is the same as my account name, your e-mail filter blocks my real e-mail cause of the domain ".email".
