Hello,

Please excuse my bad English, but I need help as a customer from Wunderino Casino.

Unfortunately, there are always problems with Wunderino.

I wanted to payout 10.000,00 euros.

Payment rejected. Reason:
Verification! Identity card, bank statements, account private.

This has not been a problem for me. So I submitted the documents. After the verification, I asked again for payout.

Payment rejected. Reason:
Use the last-used payment method for payment.

The last deposit was bank transfer.
I contacted the support. He told me to apply by credit card. Even if I paid by bank transfer.

I should pay by Bank Transfer.

I requested payment by credit card, cause the Support want that.
Now the credit card is to be verified. .. What Elkse.. I also submitted the necessary data and now I do not hear anything anymore.

I feel as though the provider is constantly dragging out the payout.
I feel like the Provider wants that I play the money. I feel really confused about that Situation because the Support doesn’t help me and Refer to the accounting. Everytime he pays the Money Back to my Game Account. Now I tried 7 Times to payout the Money.

Again and again he pays back the money and demands new things.

I understand, that I have to authorize myself as a person
According to Wunderino terms, these can make the payout like this.

I really need help in this Situation.

Now my credit card has been verified…

However, the payment by credit card has now rejected.

Reason:
Payout like the deposit method with which the money was won.

Remember:
First was the payout rejected by bank transfer cause wunderino wants that I pay the money out by Credit Card. Now I have verify the Credit Card and Wunderino wants that I pay the money out on Bank Tansfer. Im really really confused.

Today I have order the payout on bank. In 12 Hours no Reaction.
