On 27 March, I wanted to withdraw after a decent win (method: bank transfer to a verified bank account). My account, at that point, was already fully verified (twice(!)).
After my withdrawal was pending for nearly 72h, it was cancelled, mentioning no specific reason for the cancellation. The live chat later told me I had to withdraw to the bank account the last deposit was made from. I asked whether they would require any additional documents, or if I was ready to withdraw to that bank account. I was told that it was already verified, since it was used as my deposit method. (At that point I was positively surprised that everything went so smooth, after my previous experience, and considering other complaints here).
The positive experience didn't last long. An hour later, I was asked to provide a bank statement for a bank account that was already verified.
After experiencing similar complications with my second to last withdrawal, I am afraid I have to submit a complaint. Surprisingly, the withdrawal I made inbetween, which was a smaller amount was processed within hours. It's just larger amounts that apparently are delayed.
