I played that Casino since some years and had no problems. But since October 2013 I get no answer if I try to contact somebody at email@example.com. And the much bigger problem: I do not get my withdrawal from October the 12th about 501 EUR.
I got an email that they got my withdrawal request and now I wait to get another email or other contact with answers to my question.
On their homepage I can read that all finance transaction will done by

as a partner of
Ever88 Entertainment N.V. 29 Emancipatie Boulevard, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles
