On the 21st November I made a nice withdrawal of 300 pound from their casino. I sent through all relevant documentation immediately as to get the process underway straight away. I didnt receive a response for a few days and then i had one saying I hadnt submitted id and had to re - submit!
I did so again, and after nearly a week after sending them countless emails, i get a response saying the funds had been released. No sign whatsover in my bank account, and NO ONE will respond to my countless attempts at contacting them!!
I get french reponses, and im so frustrated, never in my life have I had such appauling customer service from a casino!!!
This kind of treatment is cruel and unethical. I dont know what to do now....
