submitted withdrawal request on sept 2nd 2013. sent in all required docs and was told everything was in order. waited and waited. starting calling support was told they had to check with finance dept . I never hear back from them, so I call again and same story. I send email to support never get a reply. call again , same story.. It is now 43 days and still no withdraw or email from support. on their homepage under withdrawal options it lists an email ([email protected]slotsinferno.com) always comes back undeliverable. call support and get the same story every time.
