I opened an account at Slot Nuts Casino on July 6, 2013. I made a few small deposits and accepted the bonus offer. After a few deposits I completed the play through requirements for the bonus and actually won enough to request a cash out.$700.00. I had sent all the verification forms required & had even spoke to an agent at the casino who called to verify that I had made the deposit & verified all required information he asked for. When I made a withdrawal request it was denied, then speaking with online support they claimed the documents had not been received, resent them, again requested cash out and got the same thing again, denied, they did not receive documents, sent them all one more time, got verification that they had been received by email, requested withdrawal, got ignored again, contacted support, they said they would leave message to contact me. No response, waited a few days, no response, contacted support to see what was the problem, same thing again, they would leave message to contact me, again no response. I send support an email complaining how they are ignoring me and refusing to pay out and they locked my account. When I went looking for any information I could find online about Slot Nuts I ran across several complaints posted about them not paying out and ignoring customers and locking their account. This was clear back to 2009 so they have a history of refusing to pay if you win but have no problem taking your money. When I checked my credit card charge it is in Beijing and had billed my credit card from a bogus company for merchandise. You do not want to deal with this casino!!! This is the most unethical online casino I have ever heard of.
