Real Vegas Online - I am waiting,too!!

I am waiting for my withdrawal request from Real Vegas Online,too! But they called me on my cell phone one night to inform me that I had a balance in my account. This was the same amount of my withdrawal request and I explained that I was was waiting to hear from them about dealing with my credit union issue because I didn't have a bic or swift code. She told me that i needed to open a bank account with a bank that had international ties and then resubmit my request with the new information along with the" swift code". I did that and e-mailed them to verify that I had updated everything. I sent copies of my bank statement from my credit union, a copy of my debit card,(front and back), a copy of my driver's license and I filled out the information on the withdrawal form on the cashier page. All of information is with these people in a place that I can't get a solid answer as to when I am going to get my money. My balance is now $0.00. But they won't let me play on that site again until my withdrawal is complete. I tried to redeem my comp points and they told me I couldn't until this happens. I feel like such a sucker!!!! It wasn't hard at all to make a deposit!!! Oh, by the way, I first submitted my request in March 2013. Resubmitted on April 9,2013
