Planet 7 Casino - Long-overdue delayed payment

Planet 7 casino states in their Terms & Conditions: "All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of the request." and "Payment will be made in 7 to 10 business days after approval". I have not received payment for my withdrawal request for $1950 that was approved March 15, 2019 (67 days) ( 03/15/2019 04:02 AM, Check Withdrawal Approved!, -$1950.00). All docs and bank info has been submitted and approved for wire or paper check payments. I have chatted daily with Customer Support and have written several emails to paymen­[email protected]­cas­ino­sup­por­ but no action has been taken except the standard run-around. The Customer Support reps have been trained very well on stall tactics and generic answers to my specific questions. Please help me collect the payment that is long overdue.

I'm sorry for the last minute reply--AskGamblers is having some site issues (they're working hard on fixing this), and I did not receive notice of this complaint.
