Pink Casino - Troubles with self-exclusion

Back in January I requested that I be excluded from 21.co.uk. Yesterday, I deposited £75 to Pink Casino and proceeded to take my total up to approximately £600. Suddenly my money disappeared from my account. I received an email from Pink Casino stating that as I'd excluded myself from 21.co.uk who are an affiliate of theirs, that excludes me from Pink also. This is absolutely outrageous as there was no mention of this when I excluded from the previous casino. Having read the forums it's clear that this is a regular Occurence with this particular company. Why aren't the gaming commission cracking down on this sort of thing? I legitimately won money at their casino and feel like I have been robbed
