I requested a cash out of my funds on or around February 28, 2013.
They asked me to send all the paperwork, i.d, bank details and I did this.
It stated it would take 2-5 days for a wore transfer.
After not receiving my request, I contacted the 24hr support to ask about my request.
I was told there was a lot of requests and some players have been waiting months.
I have still not received my cash out which at the time was about $400 Canadian.
Surely if you pay to play and you win, they have to pay what is rightfully yours.
This was the last email below I got from them which was March 9

The information Support has given you is correct, unfortunately we do not have a time frame for the payouts at the moment, as it varies depending on where your cashout is in the system, how many are being processed, the speed of the processing systems etc.
I totally understand your frustration regarding the situation and please believe us that this situation is as frustrating for us as it is for you. I can inform you that the payouts are processed in chronological order and I’m afraid there are players waiting for longer. As soon as your payout will reach its turn in the queue, it will be finished processing and sent to your bank account.
I know our members consider this issue unacceptable and we are fully aware of the fact that the delays are causing inconveniences to our players and make us look unprofessional.
However, I would like to assure you that we are doing our best to process all cash outs as quickly as it is possible.
