I recently joined WSOP poker and deposited $80 dollars which after a couple of hours of play I managed to turn into $220. I withdraw this with no problems and waited for the money to hit my bank account. However when I checked my bank account a couple of days later only the the original $80 had been paid in. I went to log on to the poker site and was told the account has been suspended for security reasons. After several days and emails I was told by the operations department of cassava a company by the way I had no knowledge of prior to joining WSOP. That because several years ago I asked to be self excluded from 888poker that my account was being permanently suspended with WSOP because they are both owned by Cassava. At no time or point until I complained was I made aware that both companies where owned by the same parent company. Why wasn't I stopped from depositing in the first place also If I had known they were owned by the same company I wouldn't have joined knowing that I had self excluded myself. The operations department has told me that the remaining $140.00 is void, surely this is theft. I do not believe for one second the $140 will be returned to the players that I won it off!!! and so cassava will be keeping it surely this cant be legal?

After informing cassava that askgamblers where looking into it. I recieved a email from managment saying they where looking into it straight away as opposed to the usual 48hr turn around of emails. I have now recieved the full money I was owed. I think mainly due to the fact that I mentioned your name.
