Wunderino Casino - No Answer for Payment and Verification

Dear Sir or Madam,

someone recommended me your website, because I have issues with Wunderino.

I already have my account for several months there and I never got any problems with it - payments were made very fast.

But last month, I won € 1.000,00 and all of a sudden I had to verify my account AGAIN. No problem actually, so I sent in all the documents, but I couldn't send in a photo of my credit card, because it's virtual.
They replied to me that I need to send in a photo anyway, so I made a screenshot of the virtual credit card with all the necessary data on it and answered their email, which was on the 29th of June.

Since then I never heard anything from Wunderino, multiple mails couldn't help and the Live Chat won't help me either - they are even super rude.
So I'm waiting now for 9 days without any clues.

I contacted the MGA yesterday and now your website, because of a recommandation.

Hi Edwin,

Hope everything is well with you.
I can see that your account was verified and your withdrawal processed at 18:30 this Saturday (7/7).
After we have approved and sent the withdrawal, it takes 1-3 working days for you to receive the funds to your bank account when you withdraw to your bank.

Since it was weekend when your withdrawal was approved and sent from us (non-working day), you'll receive the funds most likely tomorrow, but hopefully today.

Please let us know and confirm once you receive the funds.

Hello, yes the account has been verified, the same day I sent in this complaint (after 9 days without any reply).
So when I receive the funds, I will post an update and consider this complaint as resolved.
