Rembering mybet as serious betting platform, i decided to take their offer from 12/15/ to put 10 euro today into the casino account (i usually not do this), playing for 10 euro and get instantly 10 euros back.

After paying in 10 euros today and playing for 10 euros i didnt received the promised 10 euro, so i write to them.

The told me, they have changed the bonus recommondations at 0:00. Now i have to play for 50 instead of 10 euros to get my 10 euros back.

I send them a Screenshot which explicitly show that there is spoken of 10 euro and not of 50. Then they told me, i should have deleted my cache and my cookies, then i would have seen the changed offer, so its MY FAULT. Its more than obvious, this is betrayal behaviour. 24 hours they have shown this offer, then changed it to worse condition - and 99,99% of the users didnt recognize the changes, because nobody deletes cache and cookies for no reason. So all the players like me pay in and then they tell us, its our fault and wont get back 1 cent.

Criminal, nothing more if you ask me.

But I personally think, its not the Players fault here and not his duty to delete cache and delete cookies always :)
