Mighty Slots doesn't want to pay winnings

I requested a withdrawal of $700 back on 7-31-13 and emailed all the required documents to the casino and then when I checked with them a few weeks later they have me the run around and then after a long conversation they tried to tell me that they did not receive my documents so I verified the email which was correct and since then I have emailed the documents to them three more times and still have not heard anything from them. I also sent them another email telling them that if I did not hear back from Them I was going to fold a complaint.

I am frustrated that they are not responding to me regarding my withdrawal.
