Wunderino Casino - False advertising via Email

RESOLVED

I recieved a promotional email from Wunderino casino where the Terms and Conditions in the email clearly state, that the deposit bonus amount needs to be wagered 30x.
I went to their website, and saw the 50% bonus in my account but i double checked the Terms and here it says the deposit+bonus amount needs to be wagered 30x.

For me, this is clearly false advertising, luring me to their website with fake terms and conditions in the email and hadnt I double checked this with what the Terms say on their website, I would ve fallen for it.

I think this is very bad practice and contacted the live support, however they just told me basically"all the terms can be found on our website"

Dear Wunderino Casino,

AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to remind you that player's login details could be found within the notification email sent from our complaints system. However, to avoid losing time we have just sent these manually as a private message.

Dear customer!

Thank you for pointing out the mistake, we certainly not try to purposely confuse or mislead our customers and we will make it clear from now on that it includes both money and bonus. We would like to show our appreciation by giving you 10 Free Spins on Starburst so all you have to do is to login and go to the game.

Kind regards

Team Wunderino

Dear Wunderino Casino,

thanks for the reply. One would assume that a casino specifically aimed at the german market would be capable of translating their terms properly and without confusion.

I will give u the benefit of the doubt, but will refrain from playing on your website in the future.

On a sidenote, following the initial promotional email, I went on to unsubscribe from your mailing list, but have since recieved 2 more promotional emails, which I have unsubscribed a second time now and hope I will not recieve any further promotions or emails.

I will consider this closed now.

Askgamblers Team, thank you for your help!
