Wunderino Casino - Deposit and bonus gone after opening game

Play some time now at Wunderino and made a deposit at Wunderino casino, with an extra bonus of 75%
The deposit was made on the 23rd of december.

After depositing te correct amount was in my account.
After opening the game "Moonprincess" without ever playing the mony was gone, all of it.
I checked my bankaccount and the money was transferred to Wunderino at 13:30.

Checked "my history" for all my previous deposit from the last months, but this was empty ?
Today (the 27th) I checked again and the previous deposit are now in my account, all but the latest one.

I contacted support with chat and they (Pepita Shöler)) asked me wait for 3 hours, there could be a delay in payment.
After 3 hours the money was still not in my account, so I send an e-mail to "suppo­[email protected]­wun­der­ino.com" that
the money was still not in my account, I got no reaction on this e-mail.

After 1 day of waiting for an e-mail I e-maild again, with the same question, I got no reaction.

This morning (the 27th of december) I e-maild again, with the same question, still no reaction.

I play at many casino's and there can be a delay sometimes in deposits, but it's been 4 days now and
from day one support from wunderino never responded on any of the e-mail I send.

Today I looked at players review of this casino on Askgamblers, and the review from the 18th of december
seems to have the same problem as me.

I would like my deposit in my account (with bonus) or my deposit refunded to my bank account.
