Back when I signed up at Yako last August the 22 free spins given as part of this offer were only allowed to be played on Starburst (that is, according to the e-mail the casino sent me at the time anyway) so I'm happy to see that these spins can now be used on a couple of other games too. Unfortunately, Finn & The Swirly Spin has to be just as bad if not somehow even worse than Starburst, and Aloha! Cluster Pays is still in my "somewhat meh" category. Joker Pro then, is the obvious choice I would say out of the games currently listed for this offer.

For me though, Starburst was the only game available and so I had to laugh when reading through the terms and conditions and spotting a "maximum withdrawal £100" clause in there. Seriously, anyone who can return £100 with £2.20 worth of 10p Starburst Spins attached to a 40x wager requirement ought to get buying Powerball tickets as they are surely gonna hit the jackpot two weeks running! The maximum win possible from Starburst is just 500x your stake, so £50 from a 10p free spin, so your not going to get close that way. You might have a chance if you hit a couple of decent spins then take your winnings over to a better game perhaps, which is permitted under the terms and conditions - a definite saving grace that prevents this being a HORRIBLE freebie.

Onto the deposit match, just 50% does feel a little stingy upon first glance, and means you will need to deposit an enormous £444 to receive the maximum possible £222 of bonus funds. On the plus side the 40x wager is attached to the bonus amount only so if you were to make that maximum deposit you would only have to cycle through your balance thirteen times before being able to make a withdrawal. That's absolutely doable in my experience, particularly as you are allowed to play games other than slots whilst having an active bonus. Sadly the table games and video pokers have a zero contribution percentage, but just having the option to use roulette, blackjack and video poker to rebuild your balance after taking a hammering on the slots really helps when it comes to beating a wagering requirement.

Unfortunately for me I went with a much smaller deposit and ended up losing a whole bunch of my balance playing slots that also happened to be excluded for wagering purposes. The list isn't huge but does include many favourites such as Dead or Alive, Secret of the Stones, Jungle Spirit and Super Monopoly Money, many of which are rare to find on excluded games list. Because of this I'd definitely recommend checking this list before commencing play, to ensure you aren't caught out.

Overall I much prefer this offer structure to the more common 200% with 35x Deposit + Bonus you find at many casinos. Whilst the bonus initially appears much less generous than that offered by other casinos, in terms of expected value I'd say it is actually far MORE generous, and therefore a better deal for players. Recommended!
