I’d managed to finish my first deposit bonus with a very slim profit, but as I hadn’t lost anything I decided to double up and drop £100 in this time in the hope the larger balance might give me a better chance at a decent profit. Also, Nektan sets a limit on the amount you can win with this bonus of 4x the bonus given, so I wanted to increase the amount I could potentially win during my session as well. A £200 starting balance meant a wagering requirement of £8,000 though, so I knew I was going to need to bet a little larger than normal if I wanted a realistic chance of getting through these bets within the seven day time limit stated in the terms and conditions.
Returning to Big Time Gamings “Danger High Voltage” I started with some 60p bets, gradually building to around the £2 mark as my balance increased. I had several bonus rounds, none of which got me anything especially remarkable, but then I managed to hit several of the 6x stacked wilds across the middle of the reels plus a skull on reel one, for a huge win! I switched to some lower variance slots after this, and whilst I couldn’t find any mention of a maximum bet whilst playing with a bonus I was sure there would be one so decided to stick to a maximum of £5. That’s a pretty large bet for me but it seemed necessary if I wanted to beat the huge wagering requirement.
I did run into yet more problems when trying to choose some low variance slots to play – it’s unbelievable how many games are not permitted when playing with a bonus at Vegaswins. Nevertheless, I was able to finish with a decent profit and requested a second withdrawal. Not a bad result, 2 out of 2 bonuses beaten!
