I have been a member at Red Flush Casino for many years, but I have not made any deposit at the casino ever since, simply because they did not offer any good deposit bonuses or free spins. Some other dedicated Microgaming casinos, like Wild Jackpots for example, regularly offer deposit bonuses plus free spins, and I've taken quite a number of these offers, until I finally had to close my account at Wild Jackpots Casino. Why? Because of some bad experiences I've had at the casino, including their misleading promotional emails, and also because they no longer support a downloaded version of their software. No downloaded version support, no play from me, simple as that!

Since the last few months, Red Flush Casino began behaving in the same manners as Wild Jackpots Casino too, until I became so fed up that I gave them the same response as I did to Wild Jackpots Casino - I permanently closed my account. Why I had to do this? It was all because of their misleading promotional email that I had received in my mailbox last month. It was a special promotion to selected customers, offering a very nice 400% Welcome bonus for the first deposit of up to $25. I jumped with joy at this offer and I simply couldn't resist taking it up, knowing very well that I could use all that money on my favourite Supe It Up game.

So I finally made my first deposit at Red Flush Casino, but that 400% deposit bonus was nowhere to be found or had. That got me very disappointed indeed. I tried to get Live Chat assistance but I couldn't get them, so I sent them a message instead. In the meantime, I couldn't wait for their blardy slow response, so I played Supe It Up and lost my deposit.

2 days of waiting for their reply, but getting none, I then went online to their website, got their Live Chat service, and enquired on why I didn't get that special bonus. She then told me to opt in again and make another deposit, which I did. I clicked on the button of that promotion, made my second deposit, but still ended up with nothing! After much arguments with the Live Chat host, I finally got nothing out of it all, she couldn't manually add in the bonus, for some odd reason, so I then played off my second deposit and lost it all again on Supe It Up.

After logging out of the casino, I wrote an angry email to their Support Team, and requested an immediate permanent closure of my account! I've had it with Red Flush Casino, in very much the same ways as with Wild Jackpots Casino before this. A reply came back, offering a miserable and laughable $10 bonus for my next deposit, if I choose to stay on, but I gave them the kite! Well, I gave them my one-finger salute too, but they couldn't see it, hahaha. One more miserable dedicated Microgaming casino gets the kick from me!
